|EP134| On this Dad Classic episode of Stay at Home Dads I start off with a little On This Day. I also talk about daylight savings time and why in the hell are we changing the clocks. Lastly, I get into validation with our kids, how we inadvertently dismiss our kids emotions and how we can go about validating these emotions to help them build strong self regulating skills. I also wanted to talk about validation in our adults lives, how we crave that validation on life choices, decisions we make, to purchases we make, but that will be discussed at another time.
