Just go to sleep!!! Yes today I get into good sleep habits for our kids and even a few for the adults as well. Sleep is something that is much more important than I think a lot of people realize, I imagine a decent amount of kids are probably suffering from a lack of sleep and I know adults are really lacking in that department. So i just wanted to go over a few tips and ideas that will hopefully help you and your kids sleep better and be happier. Remember, I am no doctor so sometimes I don't know what I'm talking about!
