Tech Generation: Unraveling The Impact Of Screens On Kids. |EP115|

|EP115| Today on Stay At Home Dads podcast I open the show with my new RV woes and the problems we had on the very first trip we took it on. It's such a frustrating experience when you spend all this money and think you're covered but we potentially may not be. I then talk about a heroic story of a kid in Michigan jumping into action to save people which ties into the topic of today of kids being preoccupied by cell phones and devices not to notice life going on around them. I talk about a few negative effects and mention a study on this topic as well as what we can do to make sure our kids don't over use screens. Lastly I play a short clip about adults being engrossed in their phones so much that they're missing out on things around them as well as not allowing their brain to clear out thoughts and ideas because we are bombarding it with content constantly.
